If you were in class today, only the deepest of slumbers would have prevented you from noticing the man outside cutting grass during savasana.
With all the madness that surrounds us, it’s important to recognize the things that are beyond our control, so we can make a conscious decision to surrender to the moment, accept things as they are, and simply let go!
