Following the success of last year’s introductory course, I’m running another four sessions for complete beginners after the summer break. We will explore key postures, principles of safe alignment, breathing practices, and meditation techniques. You will discover for yourself the benefits of connecting your mind, body, and breath. By the end of the four sessions you will have the experience and confidence to join a regular class. There are no prerequisites for joining this course. Yoga is for everybody and every body!
If you feel most comfortable when learning at a relaxed pace and in a nurturing environment, this could be the course for you!
