I’m excited to be running a six-week course in prenatal yoga at Butterfly Yoga, starting in November.
These classes are designed for expecting moms to prepare themselves physically, mentally, and emotionally for the birth of their baby. You will mindfully stretch and strengthen your body and develop increased awareness for your breath. The exercises will help relieve pregnancy-related discomfort, relax your body, and restore a sense of calm. This will be a space for you and your baby to find comfort and peace in your body.
When: Thursdays from 9:30 till 11:00
Dates: November 9, 16, 23, 30; December 7, 14

Cost: 95 euros for six sessions
